Cooking Vocabulary

Form 6

Pick some apples from the tree.
Choose the best apples at Greengrocer's.
Wash fruits and vegetables well.
Bite the apple, don't bite the worm.
Cook some delicious food for dinner.
Stir the soup well.
Smell the chef's delicious food.
Taste the chef's delicious food.
Cut some onions for the salad.
Chop some meat for stew.
Peel some potatoes for chips.
Slice some bread for toast.
Mince some meat for meatballs.
Grate some cheese on the spaghetti.
Crush some garlic for spinach.
Crack an egg for omelette.
Beat the eggs for the omelette.
Fry the eggs in a non-stick pan.
Sprinkle a little salt on the salad.
Grill some burgers on the barbecue.
Roast a chicken in an oven.
Boil some water in a kettle for tea.
Pour some tea for the guests.
Put two cubes of sugar in my tea.
Bake some bread in the bakery.
Toast some bread for breakfast.
Spread some butter on your bread.
Crumble some bread for birds.
