Well, I think that cloning is a serious technology, which can help people to grow cells and organs to use them in medicine. i would allow cloning for tissues and organs.
I think that cloning is to be regulated by the government. Nowadays the researchers have low success rate in cloning. But the technology can be improved and we'll understand if we need it or not.
I belive that cloning can help people who can't have children. But it can be very expensive procedure. As for me I see only positive aspects of cloning because it can make our life easier.

People are likely to start to be lazy and do nothing, because of this way of life, many people get sick and die. When communicating with a person would not be clear with whom you communicate accurately (with the man himself or his clone), and what real feelings he's experiencing.
